My pastries are inspired by the recipes passed down through generations; delicate, aromatic, and full of nostalgia. From the light, crispy dough of Qottab filled with nuts to the delicate aroma of rose water and cardamom, every flavor carries the spirit of old Persia.
Each treat is handmade in small batches in Madison, Alabama, using natural ingredients sourced for freshness and quality.
